At Scoop Wholefoods UAE, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your shopping experience meets your expectations. Below are the terms and conditions for refunds.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are applicable only to non-food items that are sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Return and refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Food and perishable items are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

    • Please note: Certain products naturally contain oil and will stain the paper bag. 

    • Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you move the products into airtight jars, containers or  tupperware of your choice, to ensure longevity and freshness of your product. 


Return & Refund Process

  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at:

  • Provide your order number, receipt, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Once your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) and send them to the address provided by our team.


Refund Method

  • All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

  • We employ industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access.


Sharing of Information

  • Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment, provided the return meets eligibility criteria.

  • It may take 15 - 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used items.

  • Food and perishable products. 

    • Please note: Certain products naturally contain oil and will stain the paper bag. 

  • Items not returned in their original packaging.
