Organic Earl Grey Tea - 50g
Earl grey tea has a distinctive flavour and aroma that comes from the addition of oil extracted from the rind of the bergamot orange. It is rich in powerful antioxidants that will help boost immunity and helps to reduce blood sugar levels. To brew, use 1-2 tsp in hot water (90C-95C) and let steep for 2-3 minutes. It is optional as to whether you would like it black or with a drop of milk.
